Axean Pacific utilizes a phase-based, "Progressive Elaboration" technique of project planning. This technique provides for continuously improving and refining the project plan as more detailed and specific information and results becomes known and available. This technique allows for the most accurate and complete project plans and results in the most useful project archive and documentation for reference by the client and any oversight body, which may review the project at a later date.
